Pride Commercial Appliance Service incorporated and opened for business in 2004.

The word "Pride" was chosen to represent the attitude that had driven the start-up of the company. We wanted to raise the level of service being offered in the food equipment service industry.

Since opening with a small office desk in the shop, we have expanded and re-located. We now have7200 square feet, including, a large shop, a secure parts room, a receiving area with dock and 2000 square feet of office space. We are centerally located right off the interstate at the intersection of route 390 and route 490 in Rochester, NY. We have added staff and currently have 8 technicians and 3 office staff.

Our goal is to continue growing and adding staff while maintaining a level of service unmatched in our market. Our customers have given us very positive feedback and that is the life blood running through our veins.
